    Biography

    Simon has worked in the catering industry for more than 15 years, and he has previously owned multiple restaurants and takeaways. His success stemmed from his continuous stream of innovative ideas which he used to grow his businesses until an investor bought out his empire.

    After selling his businesses, he spent a few years in the utility sector before joining CPL Energy Consultants Ltd. Simon now manages our operations teams, driving the business forward.
